1. Use of the App

Air provides a space for users to interact with emotionally intelligent bots for entertainment, reflection, and social insight. The bots are fictional characters and should not be relied on for medical, legal, or professional advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to share personally identifiable or sensitive information (e.g., your phone number, address, or full birthdate) in chats
• Not to use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
• To treat the bots and community features with respect

3. Content and Data

• Your conversations may be stored to improve your experience and the quality of our services.
• At this time, we do not automatically detect or redact sensitive personal data from messages. If you include information such as your phone number, birthdate, address, or other personally identifiable details, it may be stored as part of the chat log.
• We do not use sensitive data in any processing or analysis, and we encourage users not to share personal or confidential information in conversations.
• You retain all rights to your own content. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized and non-personal conversation data to improve our models, services, and features.

4. Memory and Impressions

The bots may remember emotional tones, patterns, and topics discussed with you, but not facts like your name, address, or secrets. All memory is opt-in and can be deleted.

5. Safety and Moderation

We may review certain messages flagged by our system for safety concerns. We do not manually read your messages unless necessary for well-being or security reviews.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the app may require a subscription (Air+). All payments go through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the app's environment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Specks World is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app or interactions with bots. Use is at your own discretion and risk.
